The Combine's Training Camp 75 Challenge is our custom edition of the renowned 75 Hard Challenge. Our challenge isn’t just about physical fitness; it’s about creating a balance between your body, mind, and spirit. And best of all? Members won’t be doing it alone. February 1st: Registration Party (12 PM–2 PM)

  • Meet your trainers and connect with other participants.

  • Nutritionist Isabella will share tips and introduce her eBook to guide your nutrition journey.

  • Perspire Sauna Studio will be present with a live raffle and special offers!

February 3rd: Challenge Kickoff

  • The official start of the 75-day challenge. Begin implementing the five pillars into your daily routine.

February 23rd: Day 25 Checkpoint

  • Midway check-in with trainer Ashley and nutritionist Isabella to track your progress and make adjustments.

  • Receive tips and encouragement to stay motivated for the next phase.

March 23rd: Day 50 Checkpoint

  • Second evaluation with coaches to reflect on your journey so far.

  • Identify any roadblocks and receive guidance to push through and finish strong.

April 18th: Day 75 Completion

  • Final check-in to celebrate your transformation, reflect on your progress, and discuss your next steps toward maintaining healthy habits.

April 19th: Celebration Party!

  • Join your coaches, accountability buddies, and fellow participants to celebrate your incredible achievements. It's time to reflect on what you've accomplished and celebrate the new, stronger version of yourself!
