Launching January 8th, 2025, and running through March 26th, 2025, this weekly group fitness class will take place every Wednesday at 7 PM and is led by the incomparable Coach Ashley Masters. Join us as we guide you through the essentials of functional fitness, designed to help you feel confident, strong, and injury-free—no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Hands-On Learning: This class is like a fitness open house! You’ll tour The Combine, try out our state-of-the-art equipment, and learn at your own pace.

Community Support: Our team member, LaJuana, will work directly with participants, especially our 55+ community, to ensure everyone feels confident and comfortable in this intergenerational group setting.

Pricing Options
We’ve made this class accessible for everyone:
Drop-In Class: $40/session.
Class Pack: 12 sessions for $420. Flexible payment plans are available (pay in full, two installments of $210, or three installments of $140).
Members: Included for unlimited members; limited members can join for $25 per session.
