Alex Hooper, personal trainer and owner of The Combine in Oakland CA

Meet Alex Hooper, an Oakland native who has returned to her roots to plant her own seeds. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Alex has worked her up from the front desk of well-known fitness studios to opening up / managing flagship studios of renowned franchises. Now, she has culminated all of her experience into the ultimate guide for her own concept, The Combine.
